Construction Update

Construction of The Duke is well underway. With the penthouse level concrete poured, there are only two more levels to go. Located near a busy transit-oriented node in Vancouver’s Mount Pleasant neighbourhood, the 14-storey, 13,145 square metre, mixed-use project includes 201 rental units with ground floor retail housed in a unique building typology that is new to Vancouver.
Scheduled for completion in mid 2017, The Duke was designed under the City of Vancouver’s Rental 100 Secured Market Rental Housing Policy and is targeted for LEED Gold certification.
