Completed in 1999, the 3,350 square metre project is an adaptive reuse of a former liquor warehouse located on the edge of Vancouver’s historic Yaletown district. The development features 27 live/work studio lofts with a neighbourhood brew pub and restaurant located on the main level and basement.

A two-storey steel structure was added atop the existing heavy timber structure of the heritage warehouse. The uppermost lofts include expansive rooftop decks with spectacular views to False Creek and the city skyline. The oxblood red facade features a distinctive steel cornice that crowns the building.
