Completed in 2014, 999 Seymour is an 11,600 square metre, 22-storey mixed-use development with commercial space on the first two levels, amenities on the third level, residential and commercial spaces from the fourth to seventh level and fifteen floors of residential above with a total of 112 units.

The vibrant south-facing facade features vertical strips of green and blue glass and continuous balconies with moveable solar screens that continually shift and move to animate the building. The deep balconies provide passive solar control and an extensive sliding glass wall system enables the living spaces to connect directly to the outdoors.
